APFM takes great pride in honoring leaders in the field of family mediation. These amazing individuals have left their indelible mark on APFM, and their contribution to this profession has helped shape family mediation work.

Woody has been a member of LACFLA since 2010 and has contributed much to our organization over the years.  The APFM Lifetime Achievement Award is given to mediation leaders who have had many years of mediation practice, publications, training, and other substantive contributions to the field of professional family mediation. These leaders are highly respected for their work by colleagues.

They have contributed with creative methods and substantive ideas and this has helped improve family mediation practice. This has helped enhance public awareness about family mediation.
