I am a trained LMFT and art therapist with experience treating trauma, neurodivergence, eating disorders, and personality disorders. I love couples work, and am certified in Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples (EFT-C) and Collaborative Divorce. I can provide CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and Trauma Resilience (TRM) interventions to support our work together.
