Serving clients in the Los Angeles metropolitan area, Gabriel Wintner provides legal representation and services in the areas of Family Law, Estate Planning, and Franchise Law, and also provides mediation services.

Gabriel graduated from the Northwestern University School of Law in 2010. He was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 2010 and to the California Bar in 2016. He served as the In-House Counsel for a worldwide franchisor from 2012 to 2014, and served franchisor and franchisee clients in private practice from 2015 to 2017. Since 2017, Gabriel has practiced law on his own and has served a wide variety of clients. Since 2019, those clients have been primarily in the area of Family Law, and Gabriel has served as both an attorney and a mediator.
